What kit do I need?
We will sort all the technical gear, including wetsuits, windcheater tops, helmets and buoyancy aids. We suggest that you wear an old tee-shirt under the wetsuit, and bring some old shorts to go over it, as this saves them in getting ripped. Other than these items you will need a pair of old trainers, and maybe a hat if it’s a bit chilly, or sun block if the sun’s out.
